Whole-transcriptome sequencing of Ginkgo biloba xylem tissue

To study the regulation of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), circular RNAs (circRNAs), and microRNAs (miRNAs) during xylem development in Ginkgo biloba, and establish a multi-layered ncRNAs regulatory network for seasonal secondary cell wall (SCW) development.

为探究银杏（Ginkgo biloba）木质部发育过程中长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs）、环状RNA（circular RNAs, circRNAs）与微小RNA（microRNAs, miRNAs）的调控机制，并构建用于季节性次生细胞壁（secondary cell wall, SCW）发育的多层非编码RNA调控网络。
