Identification of mesenchymal progenitors in the early limb bud

Identification of progenitors populations through FACS in the early limb buds (E10.5 and E11.5) followed by RNA-seq. These populations showed distinct signalling pathways, that were confirmed in vitro and in vivo. Overall design: 5 different populations were analysed in triplicates.

本数据集通过荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）对E10.5与E11.5时期的早期肢芽内的祖细胞群进行分选，随后实施RNA测序（RNA-seq）。上述细胞群呈现出特征各异的信号通路，该发现已通过体外与体内实验得到验证。整体实验设计：共对5种不同的细胞群进行三次重复实验分析。
