AE2520 Exometabolite Concentrations

This dataset includes seawater exometabolite concentrations sampled during cruise AE2520 on the R/V Atlantic Explorer in September of 2025. Concentrations are provided in picoMolar (pM). Seawater was sampled from various depths using a CTD carousel water sampling system. Metabolites were extracted from seawater using solid-phase-extraction and analyzed via mass spectrometry. Please review the AE2520 Cruise Report for more information about metabolite sampling. Detailed methods will be provided in the final record for this data.
