Tsubame-oya2016, Tsubame-17-2015, Tsubame-oya2016, Tsubame-multi-2015 Migratory birds are considered as vectors of infectious diseases because of their potential for spreading pathogens over large distances. The primary goals of this study are to characterize bacterial community composition and interspecific variation of gut microbiome among Barn swallows (Hirundo rustica) to explore the potential risks.
