本研究采用曼-惠特尼U检验（Mann–Whitney U-tests）对狼巢穴区域与随机对照区域开展对比分析。本次数据集涵盖伊朗哈马丹省范围内存在狼巢穴与不存在狼巢穴的2千米圆形缓冲区中，以巢穴区域为测量基准所测得的各变量平均值（标准误，SE）。
