The structural interface of DENV-1 DIII-E106 Fab (described by the surface area of antibody, Aba and antigen, Agb that is buried [24] as well as shape complementarity, Scc in the complex [23]) is compared to previously determined anti-DENV and anti-WNV Fab complexes.
