Niche constraints drive differences between mycorrhizal fungal guilds in future range shifts (Edwards et al. 2026; PNAS)
收藏资源简介:
This file contains 1) python scripts, observed location, data, and random sampling points for generating occurrence probability maps for arbuscular (AM) and ectomycorrhizal (EM) fungal taxa using the Google Earth Engine API, 2) raster files of the occurrence probability maps for 651 mycorrhizal fungal taxa at 10 km resolution for current, ssp1-2.6, and ssp5-8.5 climate scenarios, and 3) a datafile containing the occurrence probability threshold used to identify presence for each taxon. These files are associated with Edwards et al. (2026) “Niche constraints drive differences between mycorrhizal fungal guilds in future range shifts”. Original fungal occurrence data was obtained from the GlobalFungi and Global AM fungi database (Větrovský et al 2020, Větrovský et al 2023). More information on raster layers used in this analysis can be fround in the manuscript supplementary information.
