A predictive model for the predicted number of course program generation this month is established using 6 key indicators from last month's data of course instructors in Nanchang: total shares of cloud products (times), total views of cloud products (times), number of valid visitors to cloud products (times), total shares of cloud sharing (times), total views of cloud sharing (times), and total inquiries of AI customer service (times). This model accurately predicts the volume of course program generation by deeply mining the behavioral data of course instructors from online education enterprises. For industry enterprises, it helps optimize resource allocation and improve instructor capabilities: match resources such as traffic and technical support in advance for instructors predicted to have high program generation volume; for instructors with low predicted program generation, carry out targeted training (such as cloud sharing communication skills, high-view content design) based on their low shares and poor browsing data, to purposefully enhance their communication momentum. For enterprises related to the online education industry, this model can help them deeply understand the relationship between course promotion and sales, promote instructors to forward and share courses, optimize customer service scripts, push high-conversion course packages, and provide data support for converting interactions into payments and renewals, thereby significantly improving conversion efficiency.

By collecting analysis time, course instructor ID, region, data analysis time period, total shares of cloud products (times), total views of cloud products (times), number of valid visitors to cloud products (times), total shares of cloud sharing (times), total views of cloud sharing (times), and total inquiries of AI customer service (times), a program prediction model is established to calculate the predicted number of course program generation for instructors this month.
2. The collected data is processed through desensitization, cleaning, and outlier removal. A predictive model for the number of course program generation this month is formulated as follows:
