Multiple origins and shared gene flow among modern livestock guarding dogs

Genotypes for 118 dogs encompassing 23 LGD breeds and 2 Russian wolves. We used the Illumina CanineHD Whole-Genome Genotyping BeadChip, containing 173,662 variants, to genotype all the samples. These are the raw datasets without filters for missing data or minor allele frequency.
