Noncoding RNA and mRNA expression data from human colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues

Total RNA from 6 pairs colorectal cancer tissues and its matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues was extracted and sequenced by high throughput sequencing. Then, differentially expressed circRNAs, long noncoding RNAs, and mRNAs were showed in colorectal cancer. Overall design: Tumors from 6 pairs colorectal cancer tissues and its matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues were used. 提取6对结直肠癌组织及其配对癌旁正常组织的总RNA，采用高通量测序（high throughput sequencing）进行测序。随后，在结直肠癌组织中鉴定出差异表达的环状RNA（circRNAs）、长链非编码RNA（long noncoding RNAs）以及信使RNA（mRNAs）。实验设计概述：本研究使用6对结直肠癌组织及其配对的癌旁正常组织作为实验材料，旨在通过高通量测序探究非编码RNA在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。
