Research Background: This study aims to investigate the gene expression differences of microbial communities under different soil treatment conditions. The focus of the study is on the expression of specific functional genes (such as aioA, DrsB, arsM, arsC) under the addition of different materials.Experimental Design and Data Collection: We conducted qPCR experiments on 96 soil samples.qPCR Data Description: We performed absolute quantification of 4 target genes. Standard curve methods were used to determine gene expression levels. The data includes the Ct values and relative expression levels for each sample.Data Format and Content: The data has been uploaded as an Excel file, which contains the Ct values, gene names, reference gene Ct values, and relative expression levels for each sample. Each row represents one sample, and the columns include sample ID, Ct values for the target genes, and Ct values for the reference gene.Data Usage Restrictions and License: This dataset is shared under the CC BY-ND 4.0 license, allowing others to share the data as is but prohibiting modifications.
