FOSL1 transcriptome in cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) cells

A cholangiocarcinoma cell line was used to inhibit FOSL1 and study dowsntream effectors in vitro EGI-1 cells expressing a TET-inducible control shRNA (GFPsh) or shRNAs against FOSL1 were treatd with doxycycline for 4 days and seeded for 24 h to harvest RNA for RNA-seq analysis.

本研究以胆管癌（cholangiocarcinoma）细胞系为模型，通过抑制FOSL1以体外探究其下游效应因子。将表达TET诱导型对照短发卡RNA（GFPsh）或靶向FOSL1的短发卡RNA的EGI-1细胞，经多西环素（doxycycline）处理4天后接种培养24小时，收集细胞总RNA用于RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。
