Data for "Multi-species biofilms of environmental microbiota isolated from fruit packing facilities promoted tolerance of Listeria monocytogenes to benzalkonium chloride" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bioflm.2024.100177). This study generated the following data: minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) for benzalkonium chloride, tolerance of Listeria monocytogenes to benzalkonium chloride in single and multi-family biofilms, confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) imaging data (biomass, roughness), microbiota composition in biofilms at the experimental end point (ASVs), biofilm formation data. The following labels are used for different microbial families: F, Flavobacteriaceae; L, L. monocytogenes; M, Microbacteriaceae; P, Pseudomonadaceae; X, Xanthomonadaceae.
本数据集对应研究论文《从果蔬包装设施分离的环境微生物群多物种生物膜可增强单核细胞增生李斯特菌对苯扎氯铵的耐受性》(https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bioflm.2024.100177)。本研究生成了如下数据:苯扎氯铵的最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentrations, MIC)、单核细胞增生李斯特菌在单物种及多物种生物膜中对苯扎氯铵的耐受性、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(confocal laser scanning microscope, CLSM)成像数据(涵盖生物量、粗糙度两项指标)、实验终点时生物膜内的微生物群组成数据(扩增子序列变体,amplicon sequence variants, ASVs)以及生物膜形成相关数据。本研究针对不同微生物类群使用如下标签:F代表黄杆菌科(Flavobacteriaceae);L代表单核细胞增生李斯特菌(L. monocytogenes);M代表微杆菌科(Microbacteriaceae);P代表假单胞菌科(Pseudomonadaceae);X代表黄单胞菌科(Xanthomonadaceae)。
