This folder contains the raw data files and KWANT simulation code used in the generation of the main and supplementary figures of our publication in Nature Physics 20, 1589–1595 (2024): "Induced superconducting correlations in a quantum anomalous Hall insulator", written by A. Uday, G. Lippertz, K. Moors, H. F. Legg, R. Joris, A. Bliesener, L. M. C. Pereira, A. A. Taskin, and Y. Ando. The measurement data for each figure can be found in csv format in the corresponding folder. The labels and units are specified in the file headers, except for the 2D-plots in Fig4c and FigS8c. The 2D-plots are a square grid of size 400nm x 400nm (i.e. 400nm/460 points); a separate csv file is added for the conversion from points to a nm-scale. The amplitude of j(x,y) provided in the csv files are in arbitrary units for Fig4c and FigS8c and are not normalised yet. The main and supplementary figures of the manuscript are added as well in pdf format in the corresponding folders. The KWANT code used for the simulations presented in the manuscript is all contained in the Jupyter notebook 'CAR.ipynb'.
