Transcriptome sequencing of Auricularia cornea strains with different colors

Data from three different development stages of Auricularia cornea white strain ACW001 and purple strain ACP004, including the mycelium period, primordium period (8 days), and fruiting body period (15 days). Pigment synthesis-related regulatory genes were selected by combining phenotypic differences with gene expression levels.

本数据集采集自角质木耳（Auricularia cornea）白色菌株ACW001与紫色菌株ACP004的三个不同发育阶段，包括菌丝期、原基期（8天）以及子实体期（15天）。研究通过结合表型差异与基因表达水平，筛选得到与色素合成相关的调控基因。
