Abnormal expression of circadian genes is known to be engage in tumor initiation and progression through disrupting rhythms of cellular processes. Here, we determined a significant role of the core circadian transcription factor ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis. To further investigate the downstream targets of ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) sequencing was performed in ARNTL2-overexpression HONE1 cell. Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) sequencing was performed in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line HONE1 with ARNTL2 overexpression to explore the genome-wide chromatin binding of ARNTL2

现已证实,节律基因(circadian genes)的异常表达可通过扰乱细胞生理过程的节律,参与肿瘤的起始与进展过程。本研究明确了核心节律转录因子ARNTL2在鼻咽癌转移中的关键作用。为进一步探究ARNTL2在鼻咽癌中的下游靶标,我们对过表达ARNTL2的HONE1细胞开展了染色质免疫共沉淀(chromatin immunoprecipitation, ChIP)测序。为解析ARNTL2在全基因组范围内的染色质结合特征,本研究同样对过表达ARNTL2的人鼻咽癌细胞系HONE1进行了染色质免疫共沉淀测序。
