Plant Immunity Atlas: derived data for context and response specificity across plant hosts

Derived expression summaries, frozen model projections, registered challenge panels, host-stratified functional-state analyses, 9,999-permutation outputs, independent audits, source-data tables, figures and workbooks supporting the manuscript 'Study context and response specificity constrain cross-species transfer of plant infection transcriptomes'. Raw FASTQ files are not redistributed; public ENA/SRA accessions are included in the manifests.
