TN412 SCOPE-Gradients-5 cruise, Wirewalker

This dataset was collected during the 5th SCOPE-Gradients cruise. The SCOPE-Gradients program was designed to test conceptual and mathematical models of biogeochemical organization across the transition zone between different ecosystems. The Wirewalker is a wave-powered drifting profiler designed to collect autonomous, vertically-resolved oceanographic observations. The profiler moves along a wire that is suspended between a float at the sea surface and a weight placed at a depth of tens or hundreds of meters. The system horizontal displacement follows the ocean currents. Wirewalker measurements include temperature, salinity, depth, beam attenuation, backscattering, chlorophyll fluorescence, CDOM fluorescence, downwelling irradiance in four spectral bands, and dissolved oxygen concentration.本数据集采集于第5届SCOPE-Gradients科考航次。SCOPE-Gradients项目旨在针对不同生态系统间的过渡带，验证生物地球化学格局的概念模型与数学模型。波浪驱动式漂流剖面仪（Wirewalker）是一款以波浪为动力的漂流剖面仪，专为采集自主式垂直分层海洋学观测数据设计。该剖面仪沿悬于海面浮体与数十至数百米深度重物间的钢缆移动，其水平位移随海流同步变化。该设备的观测指标涵盖温度、盐度、深度、光束衰减系数、后向散射强度、叶绿素荧光、有色溶解有机物（CDOM）荧光、四个光谱波段的下行辐照度以及溶解氧浓度。
