This dataset was used to explore deep learning models ability to quantify analyte load of LFA. Commercially available COVID-19 Rapid test kits, which test for the presence of nucleocapsid(N) protein, were photographed with a smartphone after results were ready. During the testing a known amount of N protein was added to the extraction buffer tube after which the following steps were performed according to manufacturer's instructions. This dataset was used to train deep learning models to classify various levels of N protein.

本数据集用于探究深度学习模型对侧向流免疫层析试验（Lateral Flow Assay, LFA）中分析物负载量的定量能力。本研究采用市售的、用于检测核衣壳（Nucleocapsid, N）蛋白的新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19）快速检测试剂盒，待检测结果得出后使用智能手机完成拍摄。检测过程中，向提取缓冲液管中加入已知剂量的N蛋白，随后严格遵循试剂盒制造商的说明书执行后续操作步骤。本数据集被用于训练深度学习模型，以实现对不同浓度水平N蛋白的分类任务。
