High resolution gel filtration of L35Ae samples

Gel-filtration chromatography data for L35Ae samples (3.5-3.7 mg/ml) and molecular mass standards at room temperature (Superdex 75 10/300 GL column). The apparent molecular masses of L35Ae samples were determined by comparison of their elution times with the calibration line.
