A three-component
hydrocarboxylation of enynes with ZnEt2 and CO2 is realized. Highly selective cyclizative carboxylation
of the C–C triple bond was observed. Preliminary mechanistic
studies indicated both the concerted cyclometalation mechanism and
the stepwise CC bond-directed carboxylation were possible
in this reaction.
本研究实现了以二乙基锌(ZnEt₂)、二氧化碳(CO₂)与烯炔(enyne)为底物的三组分氢羧化反应。实验观察到碳碳三键可发生高选择性的环化羧化过程。初步机理研究表明,该反应中协同环金属化机理与分步的碳碳双键导向羧化机理均具备可行性。
