Photos of slides used for confocal microscopy. Flower material fixed in glutaraldehyde, followed by staining with aniline blue. Imaged on a Zeiss confocal microscope. Published in Frontiers in Plant Sciences in 2016, doi:10.3389/fpls.2015.01144
