本数据集旨在阐明转录因子S（TFIIS）在RNA聚合酶II（RNAPII）介导的转录过程中的功能，具体为在拟南芥哥伦比亚野生型（Col-0）与tfiis突变体株系中开展RNA聚合酶II染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验。实验采用靶向S2P修饰（即NRPB1羧基末端结构域的丝氨酸2磷酸化七肽）的RNA聚合酶II抗体（购自abcam，货号ab5095），在正常培养（对照）条件与热激条件下，分别对Col-0和tfiis-1株系进行比较性染色质免疫共沉淀测序，所有实验均设置三次生物学重复。
