MCPIP2 competes with IGF2BP1 binding to common stem-loop structure in the 3’UTRs of pro-angiogenic genes for suppressing breast tumor angiogenesis单核细胞趋化蛋白诱导蛋白2（MCPIP2）可与胰岛素样生长因子2 mRNA结合蛋白1（IGF2BP1）竞争结合促血管生成基因3'非翻译区（3’UTRs）中的共同茎环结构，进而抑制乳腺肿瘤血管生成。
