USAXS/SAXS/WAXS 最大q 值测试数据

本数据主要是针对考核指标提出的“USAXS/SAXS/WAXS最大q值"，发展了原位USAXS/SAXS/WAXS同步测试装置，实现了USAXS/SAXS/WAXS与光学双折射联用系统的物理设计，在USAXS实验站完成了光学双折射系统设备的在线搭建，完成了光学双折射仪与USAXS/SAXS/WAXS联用系统的在线安装调试及指标测试；完成对薄膜拉伸中材料内部结构与光学性能同步检测。主要记录了USAXS/SAXS/WAXS最大q值等测试数据。

This dataset is developed targeting the evaluation indicator 'maximum q value of USAXS/SAXS/WAXS'. An in-situ simultaneous testing apparatus for USAXS/SAXS/WAXS was developed, and the physical design of the integrated system combining USAXS/SAXS/WAXS and optical birefringence was finalized. The on-site assembly of the optical birefringence system was completed at the USAXS experimental station, followed by the on-site installation, commissioning and indicator performance testing of the integrated system composed of the optical birefringence instrument and USAXS/SAXS/WAXS. Synchronous detection of the internal structure and optical properties of materials during the film stretching process was accomplished. This dataset primarily records test data including the maximum q value of USAXS/SAXS/WAXS and other related parameters.
