The bacterial microbiome of Meloidogyne-based disease complex in coffee and tomato

The study aims to investigate the bacterial community in two crops, namely tomato and coffee, infested by Meloidogyne-based disease complexes, and determine whether bacterial community composition and function differ between healthy and infected tissues, as well as in different life stages of both involved in RKN and rhizospheric soil.

本研究旨在探究受根结线虫（Meloidogyne）介导的病害复合体侵染的番茄与咖啡两种作物中的细菌群落，并明确细菌群落的组成与功能在健康组织与染病组织之间，以及两种受试作物参与根结线虫（Root-Knot Nematode，RKN）侵染过程的不同生命阶段、根际土壤中是否存在差异。
