Dataset in support of the Southampton Master of Philosophy thesis 'Airway epithelial cell regulation of T cell responses during viral infection'

RT-PCR data for BCI ALI and PBEC ALI (derived from two anonymized Target lung samples) showing expression of RSV-N, CXCL10 and HPRT1 at 2h and 72h post infection with RSV A2 in vitro. Ct values as well as fold change calculations are included for all data included in thesis.

实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）数据针对BCI ALI和PBEC ALI（源自两个匿名的Target肺样本），显示RSV-N、CXCL10和HPRT1在RSV A2体外感染后2小时及72小时的表达情况。本论文纳入的所有数据均包含Ct值（Ct values）以及倍数变化（fold change）计算结果。
