View of a busy unidentified industrial port. Two large ships (perhaps the L.J. Drake, a tanker for Esso, and the Misoa, also a tanker) are docked, 1937-1941. Misidentified as: "Deep sea dredging gear in operation off the coast of Southern California coast. In the foreground is shown a portion of one of the steel dredges. Members of the ship's crew at the control stations."
