Water Intake Protection Zones, classified as IPZ-1, IPZ-2, or IPZ-3, as described in Schedule B of Kingston Zoning By-Law 2022-62 City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw Number 2022-62 on April 26, 2022.
