Dataset for "Estimating coccolithophore PIC:POC based on coccosphere and coccolith geometry"

Coccolith biometry: a total of 345 measurents for coccolithophore PIC:POC and coccolith geometry. Detached coccolith data: a total of 138 data points of detached coccoliths. 14 Myr PIC-POC: reconstructed coccolithophore PIC:POC over the past 14 Myr based the coccolith data of Bolton et al. (2016). PIC-POC SCS: E.huxleyi and G.oceanica PIC:POC in the South China Sea.

颗石生物测量学（Coccolith biometry）：共计345组颗石藻颗粒无机碳与颗粒有机碳比值（PIC:POC）及颗石几何形态的测量数据。脱离颗石数据集：共计138条脱离颗石数据点。14百万年（Myr）尺度颗粒无机碳-颗粒有机碳比值数据集：基于Bolton等人（2016）的颗石数据，重建了过去14百万年间的颗石藻PIC:POC比值。南海（SCS）颗粒无机碳-颗粒有机碳比值数据集：包含南海海域艾氏颗石藻（Emiliania huxleyi，E.huxleyi）与大洋颗石藻（Gephyrocapsa oceanica，G.oceanica）的PIC:POC比值数据。
