Expression data of ILC2 cells from Ets1-deleted and littermate control mice

The ETS1 transcription factor is required for the development and cytokine-induced expansion of ILC2 ILC2 cells isolated from ETS1-deleted or litter mate control mice were cultured on OP9-DL1 with IL-7 and IL-33. Subsequently, RNA from ICOS+ cells was extracted, labelled and hybridized to Affymetrix microarrays. The goal of this study is to investigate ETS1-dependent genes in developing ILC2 cells.

ETS1转录因子（ETS1 transcription factor）是ILC2细胞（ILC2）发育以及细胞因子诱导扩增所必需的。从ETS1敲除小鼠及同窝对照小鼠中分离得到的ILC2细胞，在添加了IL-7与IL-33的OP9-DL1饲养层细胞上进行培养。随后，提取ICOS阳性细胞（ICOS+）的RNA，经标记后与Affymetrix微阵列（Affymetrix microarrays）进行杂交。本研究旨在探究发育中的ILC2细胞内依赖于ETS1的基因。
