NMDS parameters, data, and generation script

This zip folder contains two csvs, one with environmental variables for each sample and the other for PARAFAC components expressed as % of total fluoresence for each sample. Additionally, the Rstudio script utilized to generate and graph the NMDS is included.

本压缩包包含两份CSV文件：其一为各样本的环境变量数据集，其二为各样本的平行因子分析（PARAFAC）分量数据，以占总荧光的百分比（%）形式表征。此外，包内还附带了用于生成并绘制非度量多维尺度分析（NMDS）可视化图形的Rstudio脚本。
