基于航拍采集的标的全景图像以及现场测绘采集的数据，对 以上数据资源进行全景VR处理以及范围、面积、名称等标 注形成可供客户使用的全景VR数据。

Based on the aerial-captured panoramic images of the target and data collected via on-site surveying and mapping, this dataset is created by performing panoramic VR processing and adding annotations covering scope, area, name and other relevant information on the collected data resources, ultimately producing panoramic VR data available for customer use.
