The waterflea Daphnia magna is used to explore gene x environment interactions, central to the food web of lentic aquatic habitats and a model for environmental health. This study examines expressed RNA-Seq of two ecotypes and a recombinant line of D. magna exposed to 14 environmental stressors.

大型溞（Daphnia magna）作为一类水蚤，可用于基因-环境互作的相关研究；该类群是静水水生栖息地食物网的核心组分，同时也是环境健康研究的模式生物。本研究针对暴露于14种环境胁迫因子的两种生态型及一株重组品系的大型溞，开展表达型RNA测序（expressed RNA-Seq）分析。
