Raw transcriptome sequencing data of Lactobacillus paracasei under osmotic stress

Prokaryotic transcriptome is the study of gene expression at the RNA level. Through the comparative analysis of bacterial transcriptome, the changes of gene expression of bacteria in different environments and hosts are studied, so as to elaborate the influence of host and environment on bacteria and the pathogenic mechanism of bacteria. In addition, the information of sRNA and gene structure can be further mined to provide strong support for the study of gene network regulation.

原核转录组（Prokaryotic transcriptome）是在RNA水平上开展基因表达研究的领域。通过对细菌转录组的比较分析，可探究细菌在不同环境与宿主内的基因表达变化，以此阐明宿主与环境对细菌的影响以及细菌的致病机制。此外，还可进一步挖掘小RNA (sRNA)与基因结构相关信息，为基因网络调控研究提供强有力的支撑。
