Complete mitogenome data of sea slug Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai (Phyllidiidae, Phyllidiella) from the South China sea and its phylogenetic implications

The complete mitogenome of a newly recorded species of sea slug from the South China sea (Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai) was determined by Illumina Hiseq4000 sequencing and denovo assembly. The mitochondrial genome of Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai was 14,677 bp in length, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and 22 tRNA genes. In the mitochondrial DNA of Phyllidiella sp the base composition of mitogenome is 30.37% for A, 37.30% for T, 15% for C, and 17.33% for G, and the content of AT was 67.67%. According to the protein coding genes showed that Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai and Phyllidiella pustulosa clustered into one cluster. Moreover, the genus Phyllidiella clade was sister relationship to the Phyllidia clade.
本研究通过Illumina Hiseq4000测序与从头组装技术,解析了南海新记录海蛞蝓物种Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai的完整线粒体基因组(mitogenome)。该物种的线粒体基因组全长为14677 bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因(protein-coding genes, PCGs)、2个核糖体RNA基因以及22个转运RNA基因。Phyllidiella属未定种的线粒体基因组碱基组成为:A占30.37%、T占37.30%、C占15%、G占17.33%,AT总含量达67.67%。基于蛋白质编码基因的系统发育分析显示,Phyllidiella pustulosa nanhai与Phyllidiella pustulosa聚为同一分支;此外,Phyllidiella属分支与Phyllidia属分支互为姊妹群。
