Overall design: Hippocampal nestin+ flox-reporter progenitor cells (3 wt, 3 kos - 60 days post tamoxifen adminstration), dcx+ flox-reporter progenitor cells (3 wt, 3 kos - 7 days post administration)

本数据集针对野生型动物及基因Nfix敲除的成年小鼠海马巢蛋白阳性（nestin+）前体细胞与双皮质素阳性（dcx+）前体细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）。整体实验设计：海马巢蛋白阳性flox报告基因前体细胞（3只野生型、3只敲除型——他莫昔芬（tamoxifen）给药后60天），双皮质素阳性flox报告基因前体细胞（3只野生型、3只敲除型——给药后7天）
