Lactobacillus Plantarum Mediated Tryptophan Metabolism to Alleviate Tropomyosin-induced Food Allergy Through the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor

Recently, food allergy (FA) has become increasingly prevalent, affecting daily life and possibly endangering lives. Probiotics ameliorate FA by modulating immune-microbial interactions. However, the effective metabolites and mechanism of alleviating FA in Lactobacillus Plantarum (L. Plantarum) remain to be elucidated.

近年来，食物过敏（Food Allergy，FA）的发病率逐年攀升，不仅严重干扰患者的日常生活，更可能危及生命安全。益生菌可通过调控免疫-微生物相互作用来缓解食物过敏。然而，植物乳杆菌（Lactobacillus Plantarum，L. Plantarum）中发挥缓解食物过敏功效的有效代谢产物及其具体作用机制，仍有待进一步阐明。
