Recently, food allergy (FA) has become increasingly prevalent, affecting daily life and possibly endangering lives. Probiotics ameliorate FA by modulating immune-microbial interactions. However, the effective metabolites and mechanism of alleviating FA in Lactobacillus Plantarum (L. Plantarum) remain to be elucidated.
近年来,食物过敏(Food Allergy,FA)的发病率逐年攀升,不仅严重干扰患者的日常生活,更可能危及生命安全。益生菌可通过调控免疫-微生物相互作用来缓解食物过敏。然而,植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus Plantarum,L. Plantarum)中发挥缓解食物过敏功效的有效代谢产物及其具体作用机制,仍有待进一步阐明。
