本数据集可结合WGDI、MCscanX、Orthofinder、SOI等工具，用于直系同源基因推断（ortholog inference）、共线性检测（synteny detection）及核型图谱构建（karyotype mapping）。
PMK：原始锦葵科核型（proto-Malvaceae karyotype）
tPMK：易位型PMK（translocated PMK）
*.gff：基因坐标文件，可作为WGDI或MCScanX的输入文件
*.lens：染色体长度文件，可作为WGDI的输入文件
*.pep：蛋白质序列文件
*.ancestor.txt：适用于WGDI的祖先文件
