S-Adenosyl methionine (SAM) is the global methyl donor providing methyl Two-condition experiment, bovine non-treated expanded blastocysts (pools of 10) vs bovine SAM-treated expanded blastocysts. Four biological replicates of each tissue were hybridized to four two-color arrays in a dye-balanced design.

本数据集针对牛体外培养扩张囊胚(EB)开展表观遗传学(DNA甲基化)谱分析,对比未处理对照扩张囊胚与S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)处理的扩张囊胚。S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(SAM)是提供甲基的全局甲基供体。本双条件实验分别为牛未处理扩张囊胚(10枚为一组的混合样本)与牛SAM处理扩张囊胚。每组样本设置4个生物学重复,采用染料平衡设计将其与4张双色微阵列(two-color arrays)进行杂交。
