Merrill_et_al_2020_JGR

These are the tomography and earthquake relocation datasets from Merrill et al. (2020) currently in review at JGR: Solid Earth. The tomography, contained in velocitymodel.txt compiles all tomographic nodes in the Washington State / southern Vancouver Island region, with format:[latitude, longitude, depth, p-velocity, s-velocity, DWS]<br>The earthquake relocation file (PNSN.reloc) contains around 10,000 event hypocenters which were relocated using the velocity models presented in the manuscript. Output is directly from tomoDD without modification, see the hypoDD manual for a complete description of all variables.

本数据集源自Merrill等人2020年的研究成果，目前正在《Journal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth》（JGR: Solid Earth）审稿阶段，包含层析成像（tomography）与地震重定位（earthquake relocation）两类数据。其中层析成像数据存储于velocitymodel.txt文件中，整合了华盛顿州/温哥华岛南部区域的全部层析成像节点，数据格式为：[纬度，经度，深度，纵波速度（p-velocity），横波速度（s-velocity），DWS]。地震重定位文件（PNSN.reloc）包含约10000个地震事件震源，这些震源均采用本研究稿件中提出的速度模型完成重定位。其输出结果直接取自tomoDD软件，未做任何修改，所有变量的完整说明请参考hypoDD使用手册。
