Serial section series of Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis plantigrade (1555-42)

Serial section series of a non symbiotic Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis plantigrade. The mussel was sampled at the Semenov-2 vent field (13.513 N; 44.962 W) at 2446.5 m water depth in 2016. The mussel was fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. Sections (1.5 µm section thickness) were stained with toluidine blue.

本数据集包含非共生普氏深海贻贝（Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis）匍匐幼体的连续切片系列。该个体于2016年采自北纬13.513°、西经44.962°、水深2446.5米的谢苗诺夫-2（Semenov-2）热液喷口区。样品采用2.5%戊二醛（储存于PHEM缓冲液（PHEM-buffer）中）固定，切片厚度为1.5微米，经甲苯胺蓝染色。
