以State2cont ingent 模型为基础, 结合中国具体情况, 采用不确定性参数, 对中国合理的CO 2 减排率制定问题进行了模拟分析。结果表明, 中国完全可以完成本世纪中叶的CO 2 减排任务, 根据中国国情可以采用减排率为0% 的政策方案。另一方面在CO 2 减排率的制定中, 可以进行定期调整减排量的方案。
Based on the State2cont ingent model, combined with China's specific conditions and using uncertainty parameters, this study conducts a simulation analysis on the formulation of a reasonable CO₂ emission reduction rate for China. The results show that China is fully capable of completing its CO₂ emission reduction task by the mid-21st century, and a policy option with an emission reduction rate of 0% can be adopted according to China's national conditions. On the other hand, in the formulation of CO₂ emission reduction rates, a scheme of regular adjustment of emission reduction amounts can be implemented.
