This repository contains the supplementary materials and reporting guidelines for a systematic review titled ""Exosome-Mediated Communication in The Tumor Microenvironment: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Challanges". This dataset is provided as part of the manuscript submission to F1000Research. The repository includes the following files:1. (Zotero_Literature_Search_Results).csv: The comprehensive literature search results containing 10,128 records exported from Zotero, serving as the baseline pool for the screening process in accordance with PRISMA 2020 guidelines.2. (PRISMA_2020_checklist).pdf: The completed PRISMA 2020 Checklist indicating the page locations where specific methodological items are reported within the manuscript. 3. Prisma_Flowchart
