Single cell RNA sequencing of bone marrow cells from mice in the control/HBOC group

Male C57BL/6J mice were distributed into two groups at random (n=3): a control group and an HBOC group. Mice in the HBOC group were intravenously administrated with 600mg/kg HBOCs (RedpCarrier), once a day for 3 consecutive days while ones in the control group were treated with an equal volume of PBS. On the 4th day, femurs and tibiae were collected for scRNA-seq.

将雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为两组，每组n=3只：对照组与HBOC组。HBOC组小鼠经静脉注射给予600mg/kg的HBOCs（RedpCarrier），每日1次，连续给药3天；对照组小鼠则给予等体积的磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）。于第4天采集股骨与胫骨，用于单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）。
