Total RNA was obtained from PC3 cells with or without KLF6 interference to perform a High-throughput sequencing Overall design: The prostate cancer cell line PC3 expressing shRNA targeting KLF16 or a control sequence. The gene transcript expression profiles were generated by deep sequencing.
