Solanum clade Geminata Targeted loci

Phylogenomics of the Solanum clade Geminata based on the Angiosperms353 bait set. In this study, we inferred phylogenomic relationships among species of the Geminata clade of Solanum. Additionally, we explored the sources of gene tree discordance. We found four main lineages within Geminata, and our results point to incomplete lineage sorting as the main source of discordance, with hybridization playing a secondary role.

基于被子植物353基因捕获探针套件（Angiosperms353 bait set）的茄属（Solanum）Geminata分支系统发育基因组学（Phylogenomics）研究。本研究解析了茄属Geminata分支各物种间的系统发育基因组学关系，并探究了基因树冲突（gene tree discordance）的成因。研究发现Geminata分支内存在四大主要演化支，结果表明不完全谱系分选（incomplete lineage sorting）是引发基因树冲突的主要诱因，杂交（hybridization）仅发挥次要作用。
