COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY ASSURANCE AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH EFFICIENCY ENHANCEMENT IN THE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF SOLAR AND WIND POWER PLANTS
收藏资源简介:
This article examines the comprehensive provision of occupational safety during the installation and operation of solar and wind power plants. Renewable energy facilities involve various hazardous factors, including electric shock, work at height, the use of lifting mechanisms, strong winds, high temperatures, solar radiation, moving mechanical components, fire hazards, and electrical arcs. The study analyzes organizational and engineering measures aimed at identifying, assessing, and reducing these hazards. Key areas include safe organization of installation activities for solar panels and wind turbines, de-energization and lockout of electrical equipment, control of work at height, safe lifting operations, the use of personal protective equipment, and specialized training of personnel. In addition, the application of digital monitoring, sensors, remote diagnostics, and proactive risk management technologies is substantiated as an effective means of improving occupational safety performance.
