Supplementary Table4 deseq2 output

This is the results of DESeq2 (package version: 1.44.0) output, the list of 352 genes (filtered by the threshold at log2FoldChange ≧ |1| and a p-value adjusted by the false discovery rate < 0.05), and the overlapped 89 genes with gene sets obtained by OS meta-analysis method.

本数据集为DESeq2（软件包版本1.44.0）的分析输出结果，包含两部分内容：其一为经筛选得到的352个基因的列表，筛选阈值为对数倍变化（log2FoldChange）的绝对值≥1，且经假发现率（false discovery rate）校正的p值小于0.05；其二为通过总生存期（Overall Survival, OS）荟萃分析方法获得的基因集与上述352个基因列表的重叠基因，共计89个。
