Cell types of turbot blood leukocytes remian unknown. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the cell types of turbot blood leukocytes. Overall design: Blood leukoucytes of turbots were isolated by density gradient centrifugation and analyzed using scRNAseq.

大菱鲆（Turbot）血液白细胞的细胞类型尚未明确。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing，scRNA-seq）技术对其细胞类型进行分析。整体实验设计：通过密度梯度离心法分离大菱鲆的血液白细胞，随后利用单细胞RNA测序完成相关分析。
